We conduct research on securing high safety and achieving high capacity in secondary batteries, based on defect chemistry and electrochemistry at the Laboratory of Advanced Ceramics for Energy and Environment, Department of Ceramic Engineering, School of Materials Science and Engineering (and Department of Materials Engineering and Convergence Technology for Graduates), Gyeongsang National University.
Our work also extends to energy materials and environmental technologies. By integrating the understanding of electrochemical properties of advanced ceramics with material synthesis and thick-film processing, we actively pursue broad collaborative research and development in partnership with industry, academia, and research institutes.
경상국립대학교 공과대학 신소재공학부 세라믹공학전공/ 대학원 나노신소재융합공학과 에너지환경세라믹스 연구실에서는 이차전지의 안전성 향상과 고용량화를 위한 결정 결함 및 전기화학에 기반한 신소재를 연구한다.
또한, 소재 합성 등 제조 공정에 대한 깊은 이해를 바탕으로 산학연 간의 긴밀한 협력을 추진, 에너지 소재 및 환경 분야 전반의 연구를 수행한다.
